How Green Was My Valley - which won an Oscar BEFORE I was born! Old, black and white, Roddy McDowell was only about 7 years old, his first gig. Maureen O'Hara too. In fact, I've seen the movie 27 times and read the book about as many...just great human drama (author Richard Llewellyn). I was so in love with the story that I finally got to Wales to see it for myself. There are still many places as beautiful as the early Wales (before industrialization) and I wept when I first looked out over the Meifod Valley in mid Wales...so beautiful you can barely believe its real.

It's a little anime kids movie, but it's called Spirited Away. I never get tired of that movie. It's awesome. It won a lot of awards too! I would recommend you see it if you haven't.
