well fildebomb, the answer is simple...youre underage so i dont think you should be drinking at all. all you become is a liability on the roadways. you and your frat brothers most likely just want to get wasted and have a good time and then hop in your cars and endanger everyone around you. you should be ashamed for asking any type of question like this. i wouldnt be surprised if you end up in jail sometime in the next year or so. stay off the booze and stay off the roadways where my children might be driving.

If you want easy, drink at your parents home so you don't have to get out and drive. Smart underage college kids should be able to figure this one out.

Sadly, to many places. Please don't. This is a huge city and very dangerous during the party times. We are so diverse and sometimes that clashes.
