Place some ejaculate (=come) on the mouth of the vagina, and the sperm can swim up into the vaginal passage through the cervix into the uterus (=womb)and up into the fallopian tube where the egg is descending. And fertilise that egg. Voila we have the beginning of a pregnancy, without rupturing or damaging or even, in some cases, contacting the hymen (=cherry). Even the precome drop on the tip of a male's penis can do the trick. It is loaded with sperm. In other words the man does not even have to come (=ejaculate) in order to impregnate his lady friend.

The answer to your question is yes. Let me explain how. All that has to happen is for a man to ejaculate on the area just outside of the vagina, he does not need to enter, and the semen can seep inside your vagina and then travel the rest of the way to the egg. It is extremely rare but it does happen. The only way I can tell you I know this is my studies in medicine. It has been a long time passion of mine to study medicine and diseases and health conditions so I have read extensively on pregnancy. There isn't much on this happening though it does happen.

If penis brushes around d vagina, but dosn't go inside d vagina u will not get pregnant.
To get pregnant d penis shud kiss deep into d vagina near cervix.
There r other methods to get pregnant like Artificial Insemination.

Just gently rub the semen at the "entrance", and it will swim towards to your egg.
Then you can get pregnant.
It happened before, and reported in a Taiwan newspaper. Where there is a couple, and the girl giving some masturbation to the boy, and the boy ejaculate all the semen on the girl private part.

No, you cant get pregnant while still a virgin, B4 u get pregnant there should always be a penetration in any means (eg. sex, artificial insemenition). The outside of your vagina has an acidity level (remember:Ph level on your feminine wash) in which a sperm will die.
