Just blame it on the Jews like Mel Gibson did. It will ruin you in Holywood but you will get lots of press.

Does it count? Did you really think someone was going to tell you it didn't? Ask your wife if it counts, I'll bet she'll say yes! Ask your kids if it counts....You were pretty much an idiot...drinking doesn't give you an excuse nor an out. Your drinking appears to be a bit out of control...get some help. Her sister is worse than you in the world of idiot 's...who has sex with their brother in law? She better have a really bad drinking problem to help explain this one..and she needs help too. Stay away from her!!!! If your wife doesn't know don't tell her...it might make you feel better but it won't help her. Never, ever forget what an idiot you were and never, ever forget your wife's birthday or any other gift giving holiday...get her the best gift you can afford. Don't ever make her wash her own car, take out the trash or pick up after any animal. Someday you will be able to forgive yourself, but don't get over it to quickly or you'll do it or something just as stupid again.

I've been drunk a lot of times...and take ownership for everything I have done while so...
You are not a good husband and I am sorry for your wife.
I divorced mine for behavior like yours...and am so much better off now.

Personal advice to you...don't tell her. Apologize to the sister because you were such an idiot and get yourself back in line with your wife so you will never do it again.
If you think you might cheat again, save your wife the humiliation of finding out the hard way like I did and leave her now while she still has a shred of dignity left.

Say that after your wife's birthday party, you went for a drive and ran over a man, but you were drunk. Would it count?

Although the two situations are vastly different, you would still be responsible for your actions.

YES// Being drunk is no excuse. You remember the event don't you? The sister is as much to blame as you. I was the biggest drunk in our town for years but never cheated on my wife.So you need to tell your wife((she WILL find out, they always do)before it go too far and beg for forgiveness. It may take a while but if you work at it you may earn her trust , I truly wish you luck.

Does that count as what? Finish your question properly man, I expect more from you.
Just tell your wife you mistook her sister for her then it's just an honest mistake and nothing more. You wouldn't mind if she mistook the pool boy for you now would you?

Count as cheating? it sure does. You would feel betrayed if your wife told you this story. Guess you should take it easy on the alcohol next time.
