♡Hmmmm, I'm probably wrong here, if so please excuse me in advance. I think yozora may probably be right.
~I did find one group though...
Could this be the group you saw, take a look:

The name is KIZZ so it may be the group you saw...
Although I live in Japan I have never heard of them, so
I can't really say what type of music they play, sorry.
Just thought I'd add my "two yen" here.(*^o^*)
Hope it helps!♡
**EDIT: Do you mean the CANON Kiss Camera TV ads featuring the four kids dressed like KIZZ singing "We need KISS"?

You can see them (there are two versions) singing on the links on this page:

When I saw your question, I assumed that the word you spelt as 'kizz' was really 'kizzu' - in katakana it's キッズ, and it's how the Japanese write 'kids'!

The only band I can find with a name beginning 'kids' is 'kids alive'. I don't know if that's the group that you mean, but a Japanese person says the word 'kids' in a way that sounds a LOT like 'kizz', so it might be the one!

Anyway, here's a pic of a CD cover ...

check out this website:

i used to listen to this short wave radio station before they had an internet site/broadcast and you can even correspond with them, i'm sure if you ask them about this jap band (email or regular letter) they'll be glad to answer that for you.
