A gorgeous dress, a wonderful guy, the most romantic setting in the world. We'd dance fast and slow, then sit the next one out and just talk. We wouldn't get home until 1:00 but I wouldn't care because I'd just had the best night of my life.

But I was homeschooled, so no prom for me. But that's okay :)

I actually went to a few Proms, and they were fun I guess... I always went with the first guy who asked me, and what do you know the dorks were faster than the jocks... all of my proms were with someone I was not attracted to, but felt safe with! It was a great thing for me!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! the first thing i did to get ready (after showering and stuff), was get reflexology. I went in with a stuffy nose, I came out with so much energy! I had kick @$$ hair, dress, compfy yet classy shoes, and i even went in the stupid limo i really didnt want to pay for but had too. haha.
SO! i didnt have a date becuase the guy i was gonna ask decided he wasnt going THEN went and asked some sophmore. BUT turned out, she was a lesbiam. so i ended up being his date. I had so much confidance that night. i danced the whole night, bad hip and all.
so then we go to the guys house. we did "unspecified things" hehehe. so the next day, we went to hampton and stayed for 2 days. the weather was awesome! and it was 10X better cuz we were getting revenge on these "friends" who scammed us out of our first limo. They had a lousy time, we had rocking good times.... man i would do all it all again if i could! and it made it feel so much better cuz i paid for most of my prom myself. It made me feel successful, confident, and gradified. ::sighs::

my prom night was amazing. it was so amazing, that it was 20 years ago this year, and i can still remember very detail about it as it happened last week. you see, my so-called boyfriend broke up with me a week before prom. i was so sad thinking that i would go to prom myself, and going to a catholic high school with so many people who knew both of us, well its was just wrong. anyways, a very good friend of mine hooked me up with his best friend. my father let me borrow the car (classic cadillac) it was a tub of a car, but my date enjoyed driving it. i had a blast. the guy turned out to be a sweetheart, treated me as a princess, we danced until it was time to go to the senior breaksfast on the other side of town. afterwards, he dropped me off at home and got in his car. he acted like a total man. super nice, super sweet. and it turned out we ended up dating for a year after that. and nowadays, we are very good friends and always talk about prom and thanks my ex-boyfriend in our minds for dumping me, so i would turn around and meet a great man who became a great friend to me and will be my friend for life.

I was sick. It was OK but I didn't stay out all night like planned I ended up coming home. But went to the beach with my boyfriend a few weeks later so that made up for it.

It was lovely. I wore a blue dress with the gloves to match. A pair of silver slippers and a silver bag. Diamond earrings and necklace and a tiara.

HORRIBLE, My boyfriend stood me up and cheated on me and the girl got pregnant. I was stupid enough that we broke up for 2 months and I took him back. The girl on the other hand had a miscarriage. Which I felt bad about.

I WENT BY MYSELF SINCE HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. It was boring.
