Depends do you have a good graphics card to go with it?

If you have a Intel Xeon processor then that is 800mhz or over then you have no problem with gamming

Get a Core 2 Duo, it's exactly like the Woodcrest Xeon but on a desktop platform. It games tremendously well.

NO! Xeon processors are not designed for gaming but for advanced servers that require a lot of stability. so basicly, its a P4 with less performance but much more stable + costly.

i suggest a core 2. (e6600)

Yes you absolutely can, but you need the right type of motherboard, and frankly it is really not worth the big investment. Just go for a high end pentium or the new Core 2 Duo.

you can use...but its a server processor...you need server motherboard too...instead of going xeon processor you can use Intel D processors with appropriate agp card. you get better performance for games...!
