Would you rather be wrongfully accused of some crime you did not commit or NOT go to jail and actually have committed a real crime?

wrongfully accused - I would prove them wrong eventually and at least, I'd know I did not do anything wrong.

I would rather not go to jail and actually have committed a real crime because that means there could have been a good reason I committed the crime and wasn't punished, i.e. self-defense.

Wrongfully confused; although both are bad situations, with being wrongfully accused can drive a person crazy. I know even in little situations that happen on a daily basis that make me wanna tear my hair out....but then committing a crime and knowing that you did it, unless you have a REALLY guilty conscience can be forgetten in time.

Hum I really need to think about this one. I would want to go to jail for something I didn't do but on the other hand I wouldn't be able to live with my self knowing I had accually commited a crime. Probley neather I would try to advoid the hole thing and just live my life happy the way I am now........

I think I would rather have a decent life where I didn't have to choose... but since you are making me choose... then, I guess I would rather get away with the crime... I always drop the soap in the shower, so I don't think I would make it long in jail! LOL

wrongfully accused because if i did a crime and didm't get the punisment i would feel guilty my whole life
