Often times your cycle will stop because of stress, or other reasons. This is normal, so don't freak out. However, if your cycle stops for a long length of time and/or you are sexually active, then I would suggest seeing a doctor to check for pregnancy.

your cycle can stop for a million reasons.. if you are sexually active.. then take a pregnancy test.. if you are overweight or underweight.. it will mess up your cycle.. if you've only had it for a while.. it may not be regular
