Yeah, i had both
I ate some blue berries, an apple, brocolli, cucumber, carrots, .....
I snack on it through out my day, instead of picking up a bag of potatoe chips, lol..........i had my share of fruits, and veggies today.

I had some cherries this morning and some olives and potato's in the evening. Gosh I feel terrible. Note to self: Will eat healthier tomorrow

i had a nutritious glass of V8, which is the equivalent to two servings of vegetables.
i had my fruit when i drank a delicious glass of orange juice.
