I don't need your advice on whether or not to do it, just information on if it is possible and how.....please..

I do not know for sure the procedure in WA. state, but in the state i live in, a person can marry another person in prison by doing a marriage by proxy. You go before a Justice of the Peace, and someone stands in for the person that is in jail/prison. It is considered a legal marriage.

If he's in county jail, then he's probably not going to be there too long. Can't you just wait until he gets out? I mean, it's not like he's going anywhere.

i refuse to give you any answer. you should run, dont walk, away from this person. where is your brain that you would even consider marrying anyone in jail?
