i have been having stomach and emotional problems?

could i be pregnant? i took a pregnancy test it said negative. then i took one a few hours later that said positive.....

im 18 and getting married next july. just so everyone doesnt think im too young and stuff. and im not ignorant enough to abort the baby. im marrying into a rich family who said they would help out if i do get pregnant. my parents disowned me.

You are much more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. You might not have had enough urine on the first test. If you tested positive you are very likely pregnant. Take one more test and if its positive then call your doctor. If it isn't, wait a few days and see.

That's helpful isn't it? The big thing to know is that if you are having "symptoms" these are caused by the same hormone that makes a pregnancy test turn positive. If you are far enough along to experience the symptoms, you should test positive if you are pregnant.

Ok. If it said possitive LAST after it said negitive then sorry to say but their is a chance that the last most recent answer is true. If you are young (11,12,13,14,15...) You should wait a while and then take the test again. If it said possitive, then you are.

*If you are young, you have some choices to make. The first one is telling your parents. You could either tell your mom now and show her the test. Or, you could play it safe and wait a couple weeks(1 1/2, 2, or 3) untill you are showing that you are pregnant, then tell your mom.

It also is another issue if you are going to keep the baby or get an abortion. Raising a baby is extremly hard. Even though you may get emotionably attached to the baby, you have to think about your future.

Stop having sex, at least vaginal sex, until all this is resolved and settled. Better safe than sorry.

If you get pregnant and hate the thought of having a child and contemplating abortion, then there are some things to consider. You don't want any bad karma. Need I say more?

I would suggest going to the Dr for a definitive diagnosis. It is more likely to get a false negative than a false positive so chances are you could be pregnant.
Get a new test and make sure to use your first urine of the day (it has the most hormones in it) and then if positive call your doc.

i know this isn't going to help you too much..but wait a few days, and first morning pee take a test again..but give it some time...are you late for your period? are you experiencing sore swollen breasts that wont stop hurting? depending on how far along you are, is the bottom of your abdomen feeling harder than normal..if so then those are definite signs..usually pregnancy tests are not wrong if they come up positive..but 7 yrs and 3 kids later not a single pregnancy test ever worked on me.

I would say go see a doctor. There are plenty of doctors that you can see who will keep your information and reasons private. If you don't want to do this, then keep a look out for other signs of pregnancy...

you would really need to see a doctor cuz there might be something your taking to get a "false positive" it happend to me too i took goodies headache power and that caused a false + for me too. Good luck I hope you get the answer you want!

Need more details ... Have you missed your period? if so, did you check after that .. also where exactly does it hurt on your abdomen...? upper or lower? You might wanna check with your doc....
