Which emotion is worst?

A) Anger (eg. a random guy came into your backyard, cut open your dog and stole its kidneys)
B) Confusion (eg. you bring your dog to the animal emergency room and you are told by a vet that they may need your kidney for a transplant, but they're not sure yet)
C) Anxiety (eg. your dog is in the animal emergency room after getting its kidneys stolen, and you're waiting to see if it's okay)
D) Humiliation (eg. someone asks you why you are in the animal emergency room, and you tell them it's because your dog had its kidney stolen)
E) Physical pain (eg. you offer to give your dog one of your kidneys, but the animal vet ran out of any form of anesthetics)
F) Nervousness (eg. you wait on the operating table while the animal vets draw their incision lines on your chest with dry erase markers to get your kidney)
G) Disappointment (eg. you discover that your dog has rejected your kidney because you have different blood types
H) Sadness (eg. your dog later dies)

Personally, I find anger the worst. The physical side of it feels just awful, like when your blood is boiling and I consider myself a good rational person so I don't like to put my fists through walls and the like. I find it hard to diffuse. Sadness can go on for a long time though and is very draining.

Anxiety is such a rush and can be verrrry stressful.. Stress can cause serious health problems too - heart attacks, ulcers, etc. Ever heard of an anxiety attack? it is a horrible feeling because the majority of the time you think of the worse scenarios.. It can be relived pretty quickly, but in a workplace or another bad situation, it can last for years..

These aren't as bad:
Everyone becomes angry at something on a regular basis. and doesn't continued anger just lead to anxiety? Yes. Confusion isn't really a bad feeling, just something you can work out. Humiliation can be bad.. But it only lasts as long as you think about it.. --Not that long.. Physical pain can happen as easily as stubbing your toe, use to it. Nervousness-try being shy.. I'm use to it... Disappointment..Well there's way too many things to be disappointed about.. Sadness can be pretty bad.. But there's always those days..

Anger- because you do things out of anger you would not normally do (and then you end up being defined by that thing)

Ha, o man...all of those are pretty crappy, but anger would probably lead to most of those so I'll go with anger.

Humiliation is pretty harsh. Where on earth did you come up with those scenarios? I hope it wasn't personal experience.
