Surprise! The answer is sleep! When you sleep, your bones stretch out a little more. So, lots of sleep and lying down and things like that help you a little bit! Plus, sleep is a key for relaxation, and it will help you be a better person. Just don't become lazy.

Just eat healthily.... i used to be 5ft 2 but then i kind of went on a diet thing and did exercise...i am now 5ft 7
