hold the ball in your hands and drop it to your foot....point your toe down and try to gently "pop" the ball to back to your hand..when you can do this consistently, don´t catch the ball and try for 2...then 3....then try with a knee...head...shoulder...etc.

Begin by allowing bounces in between juggling then reduce it to one bounce between then none, this is easier oin concrete/cement etc. as opposed to grass.
Use the top of your foot when trying to juggle and don't try anything out of your ability range, just keep it simple. And practice, practice, practice....I started out like you and can now do thousands.....good luck and have fun.
And yes backspin does make it easier to juggle, but eventually you need to reduce the backspin as the other day I had a hard time at training as we were meant to juggle sitting down and its definetly almost impossible if you have backspin on it.

start off trying juggle on your thighs. it'll give you confidence witht he ball then start to mixx it up with juggling on your thighs and a little on your feet. try to keep a backspin on the ball it will keep the ball coming towards you. also if you dont know how yet try learning how to flick the ball up in the hair with ur feet to start juggling. try practicing like 10 minutes a day you will gradually get much better ..good luck!

keep a backspin on the ball while juggling it and use sneakers to start off, cuz they're wider than cleats.
