Now I understand why people don't know what they are talking about when they try to debate about politics. When you can only hear one side of the story, you don't really have a full understanding of the issues do you?

If you don't take the time to listen and understand those who have a different opinion than yours, how will you ever know if you're right and they are wrong?

Your question explains why most people blindly accept what they are told by their authority figures.

So you are saying that if I disagree with your point of view, then I am not saying anything worth listening to?

You sad, sad person. Ideas - same or different - are what everything evolves from. If you don't listen to your opposition, how can you grow in your own argument?

But maybe your lack of intelligence is the reason you don't like others to disagree with you. . . So sorry you feel that way.

Funny...I hear that sound when Conservatives speak. When a Liberal speaks, the truth is being told!

Troll.

You disagree with someone beliefs so you attack them personally and as a group. That's schoolyard politics. Which is probably why you're used to hearing people not be able to talk coherently.

No. Just sounds like another misguided and uninformed idealist (more often than not).
