Sorry, mom missed it and she thought tonight was the last episode. But, are you relly serious, Keith got booted!!!??? Not for nothing, but I think Chef Ramsey has the hots for Virginia. What do you think?? And if so, how fair is that? I really thought Either Keith or Heather would win because they were the hardest workers.

Keith kept mouthing off and back-talking Chef Ramsay. NOT the way to behave toward the boss, I don't care WHERE you work. Besides that, he seemed to feel that good enough was good enough and didn't strive to present a quality product to his customers. I wouldn't want to eat in his restaurant. I'd be afraid what he'd think was good enough; he might believe in the "5 second rule" (if it falls on the floor but is picked up within 5 seconds it's good enough to eat).
While Heather may be a better line chef, she also screws up under pressure. And, creatively she cannot touch Virginia. As we saw when they ran their lunch wagons last week, she served "chicken on a bun and fries". Construction workers are real people and appreciate a proper meal.
With proper guidance and a bit more self-confidence, I think Virginia could be molded into a winner.

Keith got kicked off, Ramsey didn't think he was a strong leader and he kept mouthing off. I really hope that heather wins because i'm not a fan of virginia.

Keith showed weak leadership, a bad attitude, and then on top of that screwed up on the service. The fact that Ramsey has a certain favorite... Keith's goose was cooked.

Heather and Virginia are the final two and yes it is rather clear that Ramsey has the hots for Virginia and she has been flirting with him big time...I guess if that's what it takes to win!!!

Virginia was saved because Keith did lousy at running the kitchen. Then he shot his mouth off to the chef in the kitchen.

they all suck, what a joke that one of them becomes Exec. Chef, this is totally bogus and would never happen in real life, seriously, this idiot is gonna make one of them the chef of a restaurant....not....there has to be a catch...and the catch is probably Virginia
