I'm sick of being vomited on. how do I stop those vomit-children?

they follow me around and vomit

They got a medicine at wal-mart called anti-naseua liquid.When my little girl gets sick I give her that and it stops the vomitting.It's wal-mart brand but it works.I call it the miracle medicine.
