Ok I love the show "Roseanne" actually watching an episode right now where becky and her friend get drunk while dan and roseanne are out.
I used to watch this show all the time and always admired Roseannes character. She is quick witted, realistic, down to earth and all and all real. She doesn't hide anything and speaks her mind she rocks

Roseanne. Because I am funny and quick witted also. I am often grumpy and make outrageous requests of people but very deeply love the my family and friends underneath it all and show it where possible. I saw some old episodes recently and had forgotten how funny it was. I used to relate to Darlene but am older and wiser now!

Do you mean which Roseanne character, or which character in general? If Roseanne, definitely Darlene for me (I'm a pretentious twunt as well). Haha.
Given the whole world to work with, I'd use the Breakfast Club as my template, cause everyone has a character from that movie that they think they're like, and a character that they're really like (not necessarily different characters, though in many cases it is). For me, for instance, back when it came out I thought I was like Bender, but I was really like Allison at that age (still am, really...)

I am a true Roseanne Fan I loved her show and was never so excited when they started selling the seasons on DVD. I thought I was more like Darlene when she was younger not when she turned depressed. I liked her because she was a tomboy, who every know and then wanted a guy to notice her. Becky I really couldn't stand her she cried too much. I still watch it on nick at nite. Almost 98% of my white friends and co-workers hated her show because they thought it was "white trash" I tell them no its the real world and she told it how it was. That's why the show lasted as long as it did. I hated the ending when they won the Lotto, too unrealistic!
