how do i make pics into layouts on photo bucket???? yes i have an account there!!!!!

Umm...Ok if it is a neopet layout look at the photo pick the html code that is [IMG]YOURPHOTOHERE[/IMG] there you go same with others. Make sure you know what size layout you want using PhotoShop...or PhotoBucket.
