to fletch you need a knife and some logs..... " use " your knife on the logs and the options will come up ( what you can make )

the higher your level, the more things you can make using different logs.


to craft runes, first you must do the Rune Mysteries Quest........

then, you can mine rune essence and start crafting runes. You start with Air Runes......you will need rune essence and an air talisman...take these items and walk south out of Falador.....you will find the rune altar in the woods on the right side of the road ( as you're heading south )....

" use " the air talisman on the altar....then, " use" the rune essence on the stone you find there.

To fletch you use a knife with logs and you select which type of bow or arrow shaft you want to make.

To craft runes you have to finish the quest Rune Mysteries. Then you go to the guy in Varrock that sells Runes and you right click and click on "teleport auberry". Then you use a pick and you mine Rune Essence by clicking on one of the esscence mining stations. The you take the esscense along with a talisman of the type of rune that you want to make and you go to the altar of the rune that you want to make and you use the talisman with the altar. Then there should be another altar in the middle of the place where you were just transported to. All you have to do now is use the talisman with the second altar, and you should have the number of runes that there were rune essences that you had in your inventory.

u need to be member to fletch. u get logs then get a knife and use it on logs. then u get feathers and use it with the wood. then u make arrow tips by smithing and use it on the wood again.

to craft runes, u mine ess. and use ur tally to find the altar. wen u find it, use the tally on the altar and u just find a big rock and use the ess. on it. simple enough.
