Keith just got voted off and he was super pissed. He even accused the chef of having a thing for Virginia

Keith kept mouthing off and back-talking Chef Ramsay. NOT the way to behave toward the boss, I don't care WHERE you work. Just because he thought he was far too superior to either girls and that HE CARRIED THEM all along, he totally lost what little control he may have had. To tell Gordon to his face that the only reason Virginia wasn't leaving was because Gordon has a ?!@# for her proved he doesn't have the talent or class to run a restaurant. Besides that, he seemed to feel that good enough was good enough and didn't strive to present a quality product to his customers. I wouldn't want to eat in his restaurant. I'd be afraid what he'd think was good enough; he might believe in the "5 second rule" (if it falls on the floor but is picked up within 5 seconds it's good enough to eat).
While Heather may be a better line chef, she screws up under pressure, too. And, creatively, she cannot touch Virginia who has a flair for flavours and a palate to be envied. As we saw when they ran their lunch wagons last week, Heather served "chicken on a bun and fries". Construction workers are real people and appreciate a proper meal like anyone else.
With proper guidance and a bit more self-confidence, I think Virginia could be molded into a winner.
