Not all day. But some of them, like Full Metal Alchemist or Cowboy Bebop are pretty cool.

Watching any Japanese anime for any amount of time is damaging. You should stop cold turkey and never watch anime ever again.

anime is cool but when it starts taking over your everyday life.. theres something wrong there. its alrite if you do it occasionally like during holiday breaks.. but it can be a serious time waster if you let it.
