Do you think we actually walked on the moon. I have friends who say that it is impossible to walk on the moon even with the proper equipment. I believe we did, but then again I do wonder. Whats your oppinion?

We can be sure that men have been on the Moon. There are three reasons.

First, the Soviet Union was our competitor in the space race, and they would genuinely have loved to tell everybody that we faked it, if that was what happened. They didn't take any bribes from us to say it was real. Their radars are just as good as ours and they tracked our ships all the way to the Moon and watched them land and take off again.

Second, we left laser reflectors up there, which many scientist have verified by aiming their lasers up there and getting the reflections. They weren't aligned that precisely just by being dumped from orbit! They were put there, by our astronauts.

Third, we have the moon rocks, which we have been able to compare to other moon rocks; ones that were ejected when big meteors hit the Moon, and both are the same type and age of rock. Again, scientists the world over have studied them.

With respect to an earlier answerer, who mentioned global warming, I don't believe that global warming is caused by our pollution, because it is also happening on Mars and on the Moon. NASA has photos of the Martian ice cap shrinking over the past few decades. It is not due to human causes.

i think we did walk on the moon, science has put man into space and has done for decades for now. its only a matter of time b4 they walk on mars. i think that will b soon actually.

if ur friends think that its all a hoax, maybe ask them if their on the wrong planet.

i think we did, its the nutjobs that think we didnt. the same people that say there is no global warming. is u say something enough times, people tend to believe it. so people keep saying man never walked on the moon, so people buy it. its very sad.
