UK is a developed Country , But developed at whose expense?

British People are proud of their country to be called developed. But how did you guys develop. You plundered and robbed your colonies. Britain even does not have a diamond to fix on queens crown, even that is from India. All the wealth here is from colonies. What you have other than strawberris , raspberries and potatoes? All the UK money should be divided between the colonies and the British citizens should go these countries work as slaves and labours to make up with what you have been doing.

It seems that your knowledge of history and economics is sadly lacking - the modern education system is clearly at fault. Might I suggest that Britain was/ still is sitting on a mountain of coal. Because of that geological fortune, it was British engineers and inventors who developed steam engines and then railways, the technology of which then travelled the world.

In order to exploit this geological fortune it was the working class throughout the U.K. who were exploited to mine the coal which fed the furnaces, which made steam power, which made iron and subsequently steel which made the steam engines and the rails on which they ran which created the wealth that the aristocracy and the bourgoisie used to exploit and plunder the remainder of the then colonies.

Accordingly the wealth that was created which was used to (in your terms plunder and rob the colonies) actually belongs to the working class here in the U.K.

For a start i'm not british but your question is still stupid to be blunt. First, you can't judge one generation by the actions of a previous one, one that took place over a century ago.

Second, apart from a few regional commands they didn't 'rob and plunder' colonies, if you checked factual history records you'd find this to be true.

Correction we used to be proud to be British.Not any more since Blair as been in power.besides strawberries,raspberries.Alas the potato;was imported by Sir Walter Raleigh.But we do have, NHS.worst than a third world country.dentist who prefer to go Private.A Government which took us to war based on lies.Full of incompetent ministers.People leaving school unable to write.High taxes.from the cradle to the death bed.Then before your body is cold they are taxing you on what you have worked hard for all your life.The British are already working like slaves.To emigrate would be a luxury.Mind if you said "All politicians should be deported.?I am sure most of the country would agree with you.

The same goes for the US. Countries in Africa had industries before the west came along and destroyed them with subsidies and unfair terms of trade. I think what you are suggesting is unfair, I certainly don't agree with what went on before. Most countries have plundered another at some point. Saying that, I want to see the redistribution of wealth around the world, no more of this west dictating all bullpoo and to see a more fair world.

I also do not like when some media incite hatred against Islam these days and use such manipulative arguments, like: why people from poor countries try to immigrate into the west, but not to Muslim countries and so on. In fact, migration is not so one-sided, already. No mention about colonial past of these countries at all.
