These are items I don't normally eat, but I added them to my diet in the past week and the clarity of my vision has been markedly improved. Which food could it be? I want to make sure I keep eating it! I am very serious about this.

of the foods you mentioned, i think it is most likely the almonds.

there is one way to find out...try eating them seperately for a few days at a time (and don't eat the others) and see if you can tell the difference!

The best food for your eyes would be a regular use of carrots to be taken as raw. The eyes need beta-carotene and carrots are full of this anti-oxidant. Besides this, the best among all is almonds because the Nature has created them to be of the same shape as eyes. Compare your eyes and almonds for similarity. There are no harm taking walnuts because they are meant for brain and if the brain is healthy, it helps other organs to function properly. Compare walnuts with your brain for similarity. The grapes are very good source of vitamins and antioxidant and help in enhancing immune system. They have been provided to protect lungs. Compare grapes with your lungs to find similarity. The honey is a good source of vitamins and should be taken daily to combat cough and cold and to improve general health. The other best products for good health are Indian Gooseberry (Amla) Powder and Dried Ginger Powder. Take three parts of Indian Gooseberry powder and one part of dried ginger powder. Mix them well and store in a clean glass jar. Take one tea-spoon powder with honey or a glass of warm water on empty stomach before breakfast daily to improve your immune system. Indian gooseberry contains 16 times more vitamin C than lemons. This is the cheapest health drink that you can find for your health. Eat good amount of vegetables, fruits and salad. Drink all kinds of fruits juices and your water intake should be sufficient. Avoid non-vegetarian, fast, oily and spicy food, aerated cold drinks, alcohol, tobacco, tea and coffee. The caffeine in tea and coffee promotes calcium excretion from the body and calcium loss from bones. Wash your face and eyes a couple of times daily to keep them cool and fresh. Take care and be in good health.
