Children are the meanest creatures on earth sometimes. They cannot be trusted to be kind to those their own age...they will take whatever imperfections you have and try to make you miserable.
Adults are generally honest in their assessment of youngsters. If they say you are pretty or attractive or nice looking, believe it.
Pimples are a fact of life for most between about 11 ant 18 or older. Talk to your folks about your blemishes and ask them to help you find something that will help clear your complexion. Even only a pimple or two can make you feel badly about yourself.
So, take care of you. Keep yourself neat and clean, be friendly, participate in school activities...know that you are beautiful and don't let anybody drag you down.

Usually adults know what kind of looks are going to be very pretty. Listen to the adults, but don't concentrate on being pretty, being nice and caring and thoughtful and a good friend are much more important. Your "friends"aren't very nice people if they are making hurtful comments about your looks. I hope you aren't asking them,"Do you think I am pretty?"This means that you are thinking too much about the way YOU look rather than your good character.Perhaps this is why your friends are teasing you. I'll bet you'll soon have more confidence and then you'll be happy with the way you look!!!

I agree with the answer da hammerhead sent you. They ( other kids ) are jealous or too shallow minded to see you as you are. Beauty is a total package both inside and out. It is not one or two attributes of a person as so many think. If they were right then why are there so many divorces and breakups? Love and beauty go hand-in-hand and both are more than one or two attributes of a person or relationship. If you don't see the whole person then you don't have complete love in your heart. So don't worry about them. The words may hurt, but they are just words. Be you and grow and shine! Let the world see your beauty.

People in this world are just plain mean. Be confident in the person that you are. I am big in the middle and I can work on that. && about your pimples. You can take care of that by washing your face 3 times a day to get rid of the oils on your faice. Try Clinique. You are beautiful just the way god made you dont let anyone make you dout yourself. They are probaly just Jelouse...I am sure that they are not perfect either.

Youth lacks the life experience to appreciate real art or beauty. If there is someone telling you are good looking then you are. People are not loose with compliments this day and age.

Who's lived in the world longer, and knows more about life and beauty?...the kids? or the adults?
The pimples will one day be gone...but beauty will remain.
I know who I'd believe!

Kids are awful to each other. Hang in there, and don't listen to negative hurtful things that others say to you. People who are worth listening to do NOT put people down for the sheer pleasure of it.
Be kind to yourself. These years will not last forever.

YOu are so very lucky. It is much better that people have an opinion of you than to not know you or to have no opinion of you.
I've been ugly all my life.
