Rabbit Andouille Gumbo
3lb Rabbit
1/2 cup oil
1cp all purpose flour
3 cp chopped onion
1cp chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional for you since the rabbit is eating bell peppers)
1/2 cp chopped parsley
10cups Meat Stock made with rabbbit~or~ water
1tbs. chopped garlic
1cp dry white wine
1lb andouille or smoked sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Salt to taste
Louisiana hot sauce or ground cayenne pepper to taste (this also optional if you try to deter with hot pepper)

Well, if you dont want to eat him, try this...get some human hair and put it in a mesh bag or a lint screen, and set in the garden, sometimes the smell of human will drive the rabbits off...If you arent due for a haircut, go to the local salon and ask them for some of the discarded hair.

I have gotten rid of lots of nasty cats in the veggie garden with a sprinkle of cayanne pepper, they don't seem to care for the burning nose thing. Rabbits smell their food befor they eat it, so it might just work... Good luck.

Use a product called liquid fence or fox urine around the perimeter of your garden to deter rabbits from even entering you garden! and no you shouldn't eat him/her!

three days before you cook it feed it a bag of pork rinds and a whole head of iceberg lettuce, it make it taste cleaner and juicier.
