if they deem your tattoo's on your face are deemed offensive to customers and your role is in a public ( not behind the scenes ) role,
look up the case against Disney for similar ruling and a place where it was an auto parts store, also a tattoo case, in both cases the upper appellate courts rule a business has a right to protect it image as it sees fit so as long as they did not discriminate, and tattoos are not a protected class on hiring / firing.

Depending on the company and the job you have, you could quite possibly be fired. Unless you are under an employment contract, you are an "at will" employee, and can be fired (or you can quit) without cause.
What do I think of your "tattoos"? I think it is an edited photo!!

hmmm if you go to work with ginkwork on your face, can you be fired. YES. i'm sure in your handbook, you'll find a clause that says you can't have visible body mod's. even tho those are obviously fake.
