seriously eat a balanced diet and work out. But you have to target the problem area. When doing stomach exercises like situps, start off a number like 25 situp and then add 25 more a night!! eat 6 small meals it speeds up your metabolism!!! I ran track and danced for the longest time and i used those methods along with so many other methods, if it doesn't work LIPOsuction is starting to become afforable Also you have to do cardio along with strength training cause cardio cuts the fat with out cardio, you won't burn the fat and you will develop muscles that are underneat the fat which people tend to do because they skip doing the cardio

no matter how many sit ups you do, fat will cover up any muscle you gain. what you need to do is cardio to lose the weight with a mixture of strength training. the more muscle you have, the easier it is for your body to burn calories, which in turn keeps the fat off. if you're not a seasoned exerciser, start with walking for 30 minutes each day for a week or two and then start adding more time or higher impact exercises. it's always hard to start, but just remember your body will begin to crave the endorphins, and things WILL get easier. good luck!

you would benefit from a healthy diet and
exercise. Walking would be a great start
and don't be afraid to do sit ups and start
slow and build up the number. If you can
go to the gym, this is the ideal way to get
some of the mid section reduced. Good
for you, keep your focus. I would do this
on a slow process to really have a long
term result if you do it to quickly you'll be
more likely to gain it back. Take care of
yourself and enjoy your weight loss to
be fit.

Walk for at least 30 minutes a day at a face pace. Add in crunches and sit-ups. Use a fitness ball to add some resistance. Drink lots of water to flush out your stomach. Reduce your stress levels because stress causes your stomach to take in fat.
