my younger sister, she is 17 now , and myself went to visit our relatives who live in another state. My grandfather makes a comment to my sister something like, "wow you sure have gotten some
big t i t s now." Now am I right to be angry at him?

Sometimes you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
Although it was inappropriate, old timers grew up in a time when everything didn't have to be politically correct. When it was okay to make a joke and not have someone ready to sue you for it.I bet he still refers to the "coloreds" and finds nothing wrong with telling somebody exactly what is on his mind.
You almost can't do that in todays world without being thought of as a racist, a bigot, homophobic, a chauvinist or just an insensitive basta rd!

It is certainly inappropriate. You are justified to feel angry, sad, creeped out, uncomfortable, etc., as regards this man. Many people seem to have zero tact, and it may be that he meant nothing gross by his comment, but that doesn't make it any easier to handle! Good luck in dealing with this one...perhaps your parent whose father this man is should handle it by telling grandpa how inappropriate such a remark is. Is it possible that your grandfather is suffering from some type of dementia that makes him less likely to be able to monitor his speech?

Anyway, you have the right to feel angry. I wish you and your family well!

His remark was inappropriate. I think it would be a normal reaction for you to be angry with him.
Not knowing his age, medical condition, or if this is out of character for him, makes it hard to judge if he knew what he was saying and to whom.
This probably makes you feel different about him, but I'm sure you have some good memories of past visits. I hope you can overcome your disappointment.

That was very inappropriate for your Grandfather to make such a Remark, where was Granny(she should have called him on it). How do your Parents feel about this Issue, maybe they can talk to Grandfather.

Depending on his health. If he is a healthy grandpa, you definitely have the right to feel something, that is no respect and he is suppose to be good xample for yous. But if he is ill, then you should just excuse him cuz chances are he has no idea wot he's sayn.
