Keith kept mouthing off and back-talking Chef Ramsay. NOT the way to behave toward the boss, I don't care WHERE you work. Besides that, he seemed to feel that good enough was good enough and didn't strive to present a quality product to his customers. His cooking was inconsistent and he tried to pass-off his screw-ups. I wouldn't want to eat in his restaurant. I'd be afraid what he'd think was good enough; he might believe in the "5 second rule" (if it falls on the floor but is picked up within 5 seconds it's good enough to eat). He told Chef Ramsay that HE was the one who always had control of the kitchen and that HE carried the other chefs - not. He often didn't Chef Ramsay the respect he's due and did the same to the others when they were in charge. He's ignorant and nothing more than passable in the kitchen.
While Heather may be a better line chef, she sometimes screws up under pressure, just like the others. And, creatively she cannot touch Virginia. As we saw when they ran their lunch wagons last week, she served "chicken on a bun and fries". Construction workers are real people and appreciate a proper meal.
Virginia has a palate to be envied and deserved to win the challenge. She made good use of the opportunity to learn one-on-one from Chef Ramsay (a prize both Heather and Keith would have killed for). With proper guidance and a bit more self-confidence, I think Virginia could be molded into a winner.

Wow! After watchin this episode, there is definately something goin on between Ramsey and Virginia. Keith has by far been the best cook each week and has never been on the chopping block. Even on his worse days, he was never as bad as Virginia who was on the chopping block at least 6 times for being being the worst cook!! On top of that she was so ready and even did take herself out of the competition because she felt she wasn't good enough. Now you mean to tell me that you want to but a multi-million dollar restaurant into the hands of someone who can work the line and who doesn't even believe in herself!! Keith was by far the best cook and had a right to be cocky and for Ramsey to question his attitude is hypocritical. The show looks fixed.

Keith started to have a cocky attitude and you can't run a resturant like that. He wasn't very good giving orders in the kitchen either. He is a good cook, no doubt about that but it was clearly his attitude. You need more than cooking skills to run a kitchen.
Ramsey DOES NOT have a thing for Virgina. She clearly won those changles. The one where they had to cook for the construction workers, they picked the winner, not Ramsey. Then he stuck to his word about being able to make it to the final 3. He let her decide that. Sara had a foul attitude anyway. She deserved to leave. But she did win the chalenges fair and square. Even with the last one they had to remake the food using the already made one as a key. He said whoever gets closer wins. She was the closest. Fair and square she one. I think the other two plus Sara tagged team her and make her seem like she didn't know what she was doing. I do think she has a fair shot of winning! It will be a good match on Monday.

Keith is right. He (Ramsey) has a thing for Virginia, how else can someone be nominated so many times as the worst and make it to the finals? Makes the show look fixed.
She has a major thing for Ramsey.

I agree Keith got ripped off. However Keith proved he was not much of a leader and did not want someone to mentor him. Virginia was good at kissing butt, that's the only reason why she's still around. Keith called out Ramsey, and rightfully so.

I don't know, Keith's the only one who deserved his own restaurant. Virginia's a mess and Heather's too much of a basket case.
At this point I really have no clue who's going to win this thing. I mean when it comes to experience Heather's up on Virginia, but Ramsey obviously sees something in Virginia that no one else does. I guess he's looking for a protege...someone he can train from scratch.

Not sure...Virginia was more commanding on the line...but i agree she is an airhead when placed in the line of fire. Personally, i think Keith got too cocky towards the end. She's still trainable, he doesn't think he has anything else to learn.
