Virginia won. She is the only one who recognized that the puree was not mashed potatoes but a bean puree. We already knew she has the most discerning palate of all of them and she proved it again tonight. Creatively she is the best. She needs to work on line production. I think the prize of the one-on-one time with Chef Ramsay was really helpful and I'm sure she made good use of that time. Any chef (or even anyone who just enjoys cooking) would LOVE that kind of a chance.

Virginia had it "spot on". Keith and Heather accused her of reading it in Chef Ramsay's book that he knew she bought last week as part of her shopping reward.

It was Virginia...but then I think she had a little help from Ramsey cookbook she brought on her shopping trip...the dish was in the book.
