I have to wait for connecting freight from 7am to 4pm. So I decide to go to Disney World. Is any shuttle between Orlando International airport and Disney World? If so, where the shuttle is? and how much doest that cost per person?

Thank you for all of you. After studying all your information. I have another questions..
1. get a cab...is any cab stop or cab service around Disney World?
2. get suv or other service not LYNX..where can I get those? Is that just around all terminals?
3. get LYNX...after studying the website, I dont get any idea about direct way to Disney World. That seems I have to transport via different buses. Is that right?
Thank you for all of you again.

hi,
the airport has cabs outside just take one to disney or better yet use a car service which you can schedule to be sure that you are back on time for your flight.check on line for these or go to orlandoinfo.com for these car service companies.i belive that disney is about 20 min from the airport.check with cabs before you get in one to see how much they will charge you because they can try to rip you off.

Your best bet is to get a cab. It'll cost you a little more, but it'll also get you there and back faster than the shuttles or public transportation, which stops EVERYWHERE along the way. It can take up to an hour and a half for the shuttles to get from the airport to Disney, where the actual non-stop trip is really only about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. So, take the cab! It may cost you more in $$ but it will give you more time a Disney!

If you are staying onsite with Disney, you can use Magical Express. It is free, they pick you up from the airport, drop you off at the resort and then pick you up to go back to the airport. They also handle your luggage. The big thing to be aware of with this is that they have lost a lot of luggage in the process, and the trip can be lengthy, depending on where you stay.

As the other answer said, you can use lynx, it is going to be the least expensive option. But, it is public transportation, so it can take some time. Taxis are a little more expensive, but worth the cost to get where you need to go faster.

Personally, I also go with a private transfer (depending on party size and preference they have limo, van and town car transfers and some companies use a large SUV) it is quick and convenient and they will even do a grocery stop if you like.

If you are staying off site, the best thing to do is to contact your hotel. Sometimes they have shuttles to and from the airport, sometimes it is complimentary, but sometimes there is a small charge.

I hope this helps!

Always allow plenty of time when using public transportation both outside and inside the park, especially if you stay until a theme park closes and EVERYONE is trying to get on the shuttle bus or monorail.

Most of the major hotels have shuttles from the airport to their hotel. Then they all have shuttles from the hotels to Disney. Pick a hotel and call or get on their website and ask about their shuttle service to and from airport and to and from Disney. Good luck...
