Keith is far more competent in the kitchen and Virginia is a total mess during the dining services. Virginia has been on the chopping block numerous times whereas Keith was only up for elimination this one time.

he is a Vanilla Ice chef... a total dufus, and Ramsey could never have that be the image for a restaurant, but seriously the whole show is a joke, this would never happen in real life and none of them are qualified to even cook in a restaurant in Vegas, let alone be a chef. Just because you can cook, does not make you a Chef.

Virginia needed to go a long time ago. She messes up so much but it is like she cries and Chef pats her on the back and says it will get better. He has never had a heart before this. I think he is getting soft.

He can't pull his pants up. Heather carried him inthat respect. He does not work with the team. He thinks his poop doesn't stink. And, Virginia has the better taste buds. Heather has the better kitchen running skills. He was doomed from day one.
