Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain medication. It does not contain aspirin. Side affects can be: upset stomach, increased chance of stomach ulcers, increased bleeding tendency, and may cause kidneyand liver damage if overused. If you take ibuprofen as directed and don't overmedicate, you should be fine.

Ibuprofen does not contain asprin, and if taken a lot, like constantly, it can cause problems with your liver and kidney. I take ibuprofen and tylenol, alternating between the two. It is still risky, because i have to consume on a daily basis, due to having surgery and am in pain. as with any pain medication, use ONLY when necessary.

Like any other pain killer, it affects your stomach, liver and kidneys. Always take in moderation. And no Ibuprofen does not have Asprin because they are both names of active drugs and not trade names. The trade name for ibuprofen is for example Motrin.... hope this helps

First of all its an antiinflamatory drug. Its awesome for arthritis and such..... I do how ever get tummy aches from it. It does not contain any asprin that I know of. You should never take more then directed by a dr. It can build up in your liver. I drink plenty of water when I take mine and make sure you eat with it...
