its the same what others have said above, they are telling you that they are happy, BUT....it means as well something else. like the person above said, they are not only happy to see you, but they are happy because they are in heat.
the reason why i know is because about 2 years ago i found and abondonded rabbit, took him home and gave him a place to stay. i had never owned a rabbti so i had no idea how on earth to take care of one or what to expect. the first weeks he would eagerly run around my legs (he was always free from his cage), he would follow me everywhere i went, he would even make me stumble as he ran between my legs as i walked. and i thought it was cute.... about a month later he began to not only do that be he began to squirt at me his own pee! he was getting even more in heat. even from his cage as i would walk by, boom he woudl point and squirt as i passed by. when i let him out, i would open the cage, make a run for it and jump on the sofa before he aimed and shoot, but he would he woudl do it either way. it was tiring and began more and more often, and the worst, he began to hump my foot every 15 min!...
3 months later i got him spayed. it was for the best and the poor little guy didnt have to suffer anymore NOT letting his sexual drive go ahead, i had no intentions what so ever to even let him breed among other rabbits so it was more a suffering for him. after the spaying, he was much more calmer, sadly he doesnt run around me anymore, but he shows his true happiness in other ways like nuddging my hand to pet him, running to me whenever i got home.
so be aware, enjoy what you see now, but be careful in a couple more weeks, dont be surprised to be squireted at or humped on the foot by your own rabbit. get the little guy spayed when you see it coming!

Make sure you get him spayed. Its good for the house and good for the rabbit.
Running around you in circles is a sign of love, its called the bunny dance. He will most likely do it 3 times and stop, put his nose upto you and expect some nose rubs. He will also appreciate it if you did the same and ran around him.
My rabbit doesnt do much when hes in the house (where he lives) but once hes outside in the garden he will run from one end to the other, binky, sometimes he binkies into the wall :S

He loves you. I used to have a rabbit that did that. He circled me around my legs. He was a male rabbit. I was looking at his site about taking care of rabbits and it said is a way to show affection.
He probably loves you, or he is enamored with you and wants to mate.
If he makes noises is that he is in heat also.
If your is a male is probably that.
Is natural, don't worry.
I remember that my rabbit loved to circled around my feet when I wore my pajamas, I guess he liked the softness of it and though I was a bunny lol.

He is being appreciative of you for caring for you. If he gets too fresh buy him a stuffed animal like a teddy bear or something and let him have it, he should stop. Otherwise getting him fixed will stop him getting fresh with you.

a happy rabbit!!! and if he does little kicks in the air, it's called a "binky", and it means he is blissfully happy, he may also nip for attention!! but chirping, circling, and chin rubbing are all good signs!!
