because the baby is feeding the baby is getting milk which is vital nourishment for this child and you sucking on her breasts will deplete the milk in her breasts and there will be none for the baby at a time when the child needs to be fed

because the baby needs it most for his/her vital nutrients, while you just want it for sex, which can be secondary (relatively, sorry!). besides, the nipples get sore from the baby's sucking, so that it can hurt badly from more stimulation. ii's okay with the baby, because anyway the sucking relieves the mother of the breast pain, but (with you), you'd be no relief at all. just annoyance.
