I don't think its the name so much as the person bearing it. In other words, a person named sarah makes herself either sexy or dull through her actions. Her name doesn't reflect it in the same way. Therefore, I say that anyone deciding to name their child Sarah or anything else should be choosing a name that's close to them and letting that child finish truly making his name.
