i know for a fact that skandar keynes (edmund) is athiest and william moseley (peter) is christian but the girls Anna and Georgie (Susan and Lucy) I have no idea about.

Since Narnia represents an idealized version of earth, and Aslan represents the holy trinity, I would say that the Narnian children aren't Christian, but they represent christians. They're the Narnian version of what a christian would be. CS Lewis was a christian writer, and while he states that the Chronicles of Narnia are not meant to be a christian allegory, they clearly are. It's okay, though, they're very nice stories for children of any religion.

It does not say in either the movie nor the book if they are Christians, but I presume they are not. My reason in thinking this is because they didn't know who Asland was and Lucy and Susan were very surprised when Asland was alive again from the stone table. I do not know for sure though. Why?

I don't think their religion is mentioned in the Narnia books. Why would it be important anyway? It's a work of F-I-C-T-I-O-N!

Yes they are C.S.Lewis was a believer the stories are written from a believers perspective. C.S.Lewis attended the Church of England. His apologetics work is used by many denominations.

am going to say yes the characters in the book were all christians since the author was a christian

It never said in the story but, as they where British they were probably CofE ...Church of England which is Christian.
