Ummm I love Panic! At The Disco and everyone in it, but if you're going to make me pick one, I'd say Ryan Ross.
His lyrics are phenomenal (sp?) and he's only 19.
He has also come a long way with his singing (he's not the singer but he's still getting good).
He's very talented and I respect him for that.
Plus he's hot.

If I absolutely had to pick I'd go with Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead. Very identifiable voice and you just can't beat him. Not to mention Motörhead is one of the loudest bands on record in terms of their live show. Green Day performing "Longview" live during the chorus is a pindrop compared to "Killed By Death".
