Try youtube,here is a link all you have to do is register ( its free!) and type in the show you want to watch. plus there are some funny clips on it. have fun

Itunes Friends Is On there its not free but some new shows the first episodes are

You can download episodes on itunes, (you don't have to own an ipod to view them, you can just watch them on your computer).
There are other websites you can use, but I don't use any, so I can't really say one way or another about how reliable they are. One I found, though is
