you are getting breast buds. these eventually will grow into your fully fledged breasts. for now you should think about getting a training bra (although if you are comfortable with yourself without it is much more comfortable) and talking to your mom about puberty.

those are your breast buds. when i was your age i thought that i had breast cancer but my parents did not do anything about it and i am still here so i guess it was okay. if you are really worried i would mention it to your mother.
