I go to yard sales. SO free to $20.00 is good. I have found office chairs in perfect condition in the trash! Some with arms, some with out, all have swiveled, My boss is so cheap!!! new chairs come when I spot one. New desks come that way too!
I have a pick up and I lucked out when the business down the street closed!
He does pay for ink for the printer though! The pay is good too!

We just bought 2 new ones and paid $50 per chair. They swivel and have leather seats/seat backs, but arms and backside of chair are pleather.

about a 100 dollars you can get a nice leather hiback..and it swivels.

i got 1 for 25 realy nice with arms,but be preparers to pay about 50
