The problem isn't that the twins are genetically identical.
The REAL problem is that the woman they're sleeping with needs to keep her legs shut.

If the twins are identical (same sac) then they have identical dna. Therefore, same father.
If the twins are fraternal (separate sacs), then they came from 2 separate eggs. It is possible for each twin to have a different father, if the mother slept with more than one man within a two day time frame.

Asking a 2d time? boy you could desire to have loads of things to spare! Paternity of FRATERNAL twins... specific, they'll because of fact fraternal twins come from 2 separate egg and 2 separate sperm, which happens to start on the same time, in the same being pregnant. They, for this reason, have exceedingly different DNA and are man or woman infants who're in basic terms born on the same time. Now, if same twins have been to try this, it is accessible that paternity could be perplexed, as same twins are 2 infants which strengthen from in basic terms one fertilized egg. They, for this reason, have same DNA. As a mom of twins, I definitely have many a controversy with human beings who seem to have self assurance that exact same twins could be different genders. NO it is not the case, as same twins are continually the same intercourse, as they convey same DNA. it is in basic terms Fraternal twins which would be different gender or the same.

You would not be able to tell since their DNA would be identical. A judge would have to pick one and assign him as the father. Then that man would have to pay the child support.

Legally they might BOTH be responsible for paying child support since they would not be able to tell who the father was. One of the guys SHOULD sign on to be the father, with both paying towards support.

I saw that on Montel once. He couldn't rule out either with the DNA test that they did. I believe they were both legally responsible.
