The best place to contact is the San Antonio Parole Board office. McConnell unit falls under their districting and they will have the information you need. The phone number is 210-564-3721. Have his TDCJ# ready and they will tell you what they can. It looks like thought he will be released 08-27-07 based on his TDCJ offender information page.
