Push up are great - handstand push ups are evern better (though start off the handstand push up slowly - like 2 a day - unless you want really sore arms).
Any exercise that works the Pectorals (Pecks) will help. I personally am a big fan of Yoga for strength and flexibility exercises. Yoga Journal has a great feature on their web site - the Pose Finder. It allows you to search for poses that will strengthen a particular muscle group or physical condition. Here's what it says for chest exercises:

Alternatively, I have seen young men lose manboobs by working in construction or a garden store - anywhere that requires physical lifting etc. That would be great, huh? Get paid to get into shape?
Peace!
PS - Lay off the pot if you smoke. Grass is very estrogenic, and many men who smoke too much will wind up with manboobs - though usually they don't care all that much...

It depends on how fat you are. I was 5'11, 145 pounds, and had decent manboobs. They have never gone away. But they were the least noticeable when I was eating right and working out: not just aerobic exercise, but lift some weights too. It turns some of the fat into muscle. Give it at least four months of solid effort before giving up - you will probably notice a change that will keep you going. Honestly, though, if you have big soft nipples like mine, there's really nothing you can do. They still are visible even when you're pretty toned. Just get buff, then you won't care as much.

It relies upon upon how fat you're. i became 5'11, one hundred 40 5 pounds, and had first price manboobs. they have not in any respect lengthy lengthy gone away. yet they were the least seen at the same time as i became ingesting striking and records: not basically cardio interest, notwithstanding carry some weights too. It turns between the most fat into muscle. supply it a minimum of four months of forged attempt before than giving up - you'll more often than not note a huge difference with the intention to maintain you going. actual, notwithstanding, once you've huge smooth nipples like mine, there is somewhat not something you'll do. They although are considered regardless of the reality that if you're beautiful toned. basically get buff, then you certainly received't care as plenty.

YES! But, first you need a little more info...
Many men have cosmetic surgery to correct this problem. Surgeons say that more men than ever are going under the knife in search of the perfect breast. As reality television programs celebrate makeovers, cosmetic surgery--for those who can afford it--has become a viable option for men in search of self-improvement. Not surprisingly, there's a medical term for the large breast affliction: gynecomastia, defined by "Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary" as excessive development of the male breasts.
Gynaecomastia is a common disorder of the male breast where there is a benign glandular enlargement of that breast. Gynaecomastia affects an estimated 40 to 60 percent of men. It usually consists of two types of tissue: the breast tissue proper and fatty tissue in the breast. For men who feel self-conscious about their appearance, surgery to remove breast tissue can help.
The surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and takes about two hours to complete. An overnight stay in hospital may be required though day surgery is sometimes suitable. Drains are may be inserted at the time of surgery, along with a compression bandage to reduce the effects of swelling in the breast tissue.
If excess glandular tissue is the primary cause of the breast enlargement, it will be excised with a scalpel. The incision is usually made around the areola and the excision may be performed either alone or in conjunction with liposuction.
If the gynaecomastia is due to an excess of fatty tissue, this may be removed by liposuction. An incision for liposuction is made at the edge of the areola or higher up in the armpit. A cannula attached to a vacuum pump, is then inserted into the incision and moved through the different layers beneath the skin to break up the fat and suction it out.

Loosing weight helps, but from what I've read it seems that breast reduction surgery by a reputable plastic surgeon may be the best solution. Large breasts on men is a common condition throughout the world and plastic surgery is just now being recognized by men of all age groups as a permanent solution to an aggravating problem.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

lose the weight. If you are having problems with Gynocamastia, definitely go to the doctor before you get any growth. The growth is irreversible and can be combatted by using Nolvadex.

Unfortunately, I have what you have, it's called something like gyenecomastica, my father had it too. You can do pectoral exercises to make it less obvious ( I do them) but the only real way to get rid of them is LIPOSUCTION. I wish I could afford this surgery but I can't..........

Some guys (honestly) have more estrogen than others. All men have some, like all women have testosterone too. Talk to a Dr. He may be able to balance that out for you.
