ok. so i use to like this guy. but then he fell in love with my cousin. who by the way knew that i liked him. yesterday he told me that he has been wanting to tell me something. but he won't tell me what it is because he dosen't want anyone to know. so i figure it is something like he might still like me. although i could be wrong. but if that is the case then what should i do if he tells me.

I think you should steer clear of this person. Although they might have good intentions, this isn't worth any more drama in your family then it has already cost. You obviously know how upset you were with your cousin, when they decided to be with the person you liked. What does it benefit you to do the same to her? It lowers yourself, and it takes away from your dignity. I say, find someone who will like you for you, and doesn't need to go from one family member to another. And hopefully your cousin will realize herself that's she worth more than this guy.
That being said, maybe he wants to tell you something like he's proposing to your cousin. If that's the case, I think telling this guy your not interested in what he needs to say is your best bet either way.

If he tells you you should tell him your feelings then talk ask him about your cousin. I guess it really depends on how much your cousin likes him. If it's not that much then well sorry to her but the likes you you like him there's really nothing you can do about it and if you didn't tell him how you felt he's go back to your cousin and it be a meaningless relationship, he could get #1 so he'll settle for #2 and i don't think anyone deserves that unless there really cruel. he might want to tell you he loves your cousin so do not come to any conclusions yet. Your cousin knew you liked him first right? she didn't hold back so why should you?
