I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. You have a hard conversation ahead of you and I wish you the best of luck. You know him best, so only you can know how to word it. However you do, just be as gentle as possible. Remember that you both still love each other and use each other to help yourselves feel better. Give him space if he needs it, or be there for him if he needs it. Some people need to handle these things by themselves, others need to talk about their feelings to someone, and others need to be with someone to comfort them but not necessarily to talk, just to silently give comfort by being there. Don't be upset if he turns to his friends to talk instead of you; some guys just feel more comfortable talking to other guys and it doesn't mean that he doesn't love you or want to share his feelings with you. I wish the best for the two of you.

If you miscarried 4 weeks ago and havent told him you have some serious issues with trust and honesty. How would you like it if the shoe were on the other foot and he knew there was no more baby but let you go on thinking there was and preparing for one? How cruel. Don't you think the longer you wait the more excited he gets? This sounds fishy to me... you went through the loss of a pregnancy and didnt even mention it to him? He didn't notice you were upset or anything?

You need to be in a quite & calming environment.I'm not sure if your asking how to tell him word for word or what. But one things for sure is that if you miscarried 4 weeks ago you should tell him right now if you can.Don't do it over the phone or in an e-mail.Face to Face and be prepared for his reaction but settle for no disrespect. This is a tough time for you as well and you should've told him when it happened so you could have dealt with this together.

I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT YOUR LOSS!!!!

but, the longer you wait, the more you will brake his heart, because his level of anxiousness goes up every day, and since he is happy, he is probably making a lot of plans already.

SO TELL HIM NOW!!!!

Good luck!
