No, Jay Z is CEO of Def Jam Isalnd records and he is one of the most successful rappers in the industry. Many people think that because he's not gorgeous he is not good enough for Beyonce. Looks fade and there are many great looking celebrity men who aren't good enough for the women that their with. One celebrity that was too good for the man she was with was Jennifer Aniston. Physical beauty means nothing it's whats on the inside. Jay Z is very successful and that's who Beyonce loves.

Beyonce's too hot for herself..LOL! Jay-Z and Beyonce are like Beauty and The Beast, doll. Let's hope that he turns into a handsome prince ala Denzel,Tyrese, or Shemar Moore. She'll eventually get tired of him. Give it time, dear.

I'd have to answer that by saying that if they where both dirt poor and had not talent, but retained their looks....Byonce would have more men interested than Jay Z would have women interested.
So in my theory, yes, she is too hot for Jay Z.

No b/c she is beautiful but I think Jay Z has this charisma about himself that draws her. A man doesn't have to be the "best" looking but if he treats you good and respectable "especially giving you big canary yellow diamonds" like he did her, you tend to stick to them.
